Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed before starting any project. Depending on the project size, advance payment or milestone-based payment may be required.

Final files, source code or completed project access may be delivered after the agreed payment is completed.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement. Extra changes outside the original project scope may require additional time and cost.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, project materials and timely feedback. The client must also make sure that any provided content, images, logos or files do not violate copyright or legal rights of others.

Website Content

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of the content they provide for their website or application. I am not responsible for legal issues caused by client-provided content.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domain, payment gateway, email service, SMS gateway, analytics tools or external APIs. The client is responsible for fees, policies and limitations of those third-party services.

Intellectual Property

After full payment is completed, the client will receive ownership of the final project files created specifically for the client, unless otherwise agreed. Tools, frameworks, plugins, open-source libraries or reusable code may remain under their own licenses.

Support and Maintenance

Basic support may be provided after project delivery depending on the agreement. Long-term maintenance, new features, updates or technical support may require a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

I work carefully to provide reliable and professional services. However, I am not responsible for losses caused by hosting issues, third-party service problems, client changes, security breaches outside my control or misuse of the website or application.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment may be required for the completed work, time spent or milestone progress.
